Do the iced tea Stix have caffeine or potassium?

Yes, the iced tea powder Stix (excluding "Lemonade" flavor) have naturally occurring levels of caffeine. The Green Tea Stix have roughly 15 mg per stick while the Arnold Palmer and Lemon Teas have around 30 mg of caffeine per stick.

Our iced tea Stix also have potassium occurring. Green tea and Arnold Palmer Stix come in at around 10 mg per stick while the Lemon has 33 mg of potassium.
